03/22/97: St. Judes Trail Ride (10 mile) Marion with help from Greater Randolph Trailer Riders Association, collected over $4070.73 for charity

06/14/97: Annual Club meeting & Trail Ride at home of Barbara Crochet, Thrall. Parade Training practice followed trail ride. Rhonda Dietrich, President. Club decided to have only two general membership meetings per year (June Annual and December) with board meeting monthly (members welcome at Board meetings). Approved Club Logo designed by Amy Glasgow. Barbara Crochet interviewed by Horsetalke Magazine to be aired on 97.1 FM, Houston – arranged by HOTMHC Publicity Chairperson
